After my risky escape from communist Bulgaria, I found asylum in the USA. Yet, even while living in one of the most free countries in the world, I never truly felt free on the inside until I encountered Jesus.

Jesus paid the full price for our freedom.

I love to tell people, “while you could get me out of Communism, it was an entirely different matter to get Communism out of me—only Jesus could do that!”

When the Son sets you free, you are free indeed.
